Description

Check whether two zones are neighbors

Parameters

a  DGGRSZone  First zone 
b  DGGRSZone  Second zone 
 
Return Value bool  True if the two zones are neighbors 

Remarks


This method does not consider zones sharing a partial or full boundary as neighbors if they are not of the same refinement level.
